info
I received my B.Sc. degree in chemistry from Middle East Technical University and my M.Sc. degree from the University of Regensburg in the “Complex Condensed Materials and Soft Matter” field.
Afterward, I pursued my Ph.D. degree in theoretical chemistry at the University of Versailles-St-Quentin. I am currently working as an assistant professor at Yeditepe University Material Science and Nanotechnology Engineering Department.
My specific area of research includes the production/characterization of functional nanomaterials and the development of microfluidic lab-on-chip (LOC) platforms.
My research interests span a wide range of topics in functional nanomaterials, including nanobiosensing devices, point care devices, and nanonetworking. Such systems are envisaged to revolutionize the future for the diagnosis of diseases or infections by providing an early treatment opportunity.
